FAMILY VISITATION CENTER-MAUI
The Family Visitation Center-Maui provides a safe, neutral, and nurturing environment where visitations and exchanges of children occur between custodial and non-custodial parents. The Center helps children and parents who are experiencing difficulties in divorce, separation, family violence or involved in custody disputes.
Services are appropriate when:
Children need to go from one parent to another without
parents meeting.
Childrens visits with a parent are restricted to a
monitored or structured setting and you need someone
to supervise the visits.
You are having problems with your former spouse but
you are court ordered to allow visitation.
You are concerned about your childrens safety during
visits with the other parent.
WHAT SERVICES DOES THE FAMILY VISITATION CENTER-MAUI OFFER?
EXCHANGES
This service allows children to go from one parent to the other without the parents meeting. The exchanges are secure and supervised at the Family Visitation Center-Maui.
SUPERVISED VISITATION
The Family Visitation Center-Maui staff supervise parent and child visits in a stable, supportive and home like environment.
Who is the Family Peace Center-Maui for?
Victims/survivors, offenders and children exposed to domestic violence.
Is there a fee?
Fees may be charged for services provided to non-Judiciary referrals. |
