Parents & Children Together Keiki Day Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to join some of Hawaii’s top local celebrities and other volunteers to sell the special edition of The Honolulu Star Advertiser’s Parents And Children Together Keiki Day newspaper on Wednesday May 9, 2012. Last year more than 1,000 volunteers hit the streets of Oahu to help sell this special edition and raise funds for Parents And Children Together Keiki Day, PACT programs. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit PACT’s family-strengthening programs. On Wednesday May 9, 2012 we hope to see volunteers in their Parents And Children Together Keiki Day newspaper aprons all over Oahu. Just let us know which site is best for you - at your child’s school drop off line, in front of your office, at the local supermarket, or anywhere else you might think of - and newspapers will be dropped at the location of your choice. Teams of volunteers will be formed to service certain areas, so feel free to bring your friends and co-workers in on the fun! This year the event will be held on Wednesday May 9, 2012, and time slots are available from: 6.00-8:00am |
